We have announced today that Chamonix Estates is being acquired by FirstPort, the UK’s leading residential property service provider.  This will see our property management division joining FirstPort.


For Chamonix Estates customers, the service you receive from Chamonix, the teams you interact with day-to-day, how we manage your development and how you contact us are still the same following today’s news.


Over the coming months, we will be working with FirstPort to fully integrate our property management teams and operations into the FirstPort group.  At the point of integration, we will write to you to let you know if there are any changes you need to know.  However, please be assured that our shared priority is to ensure a smooth transition that continues to deliver the high standards and service you expect from us.

The repair and maintenance services business will remain a separate entity but will still deliver the same services to our customers, as a supplier, under the continued management of CEO, Adrian Povey, and a new brand, Community Property Care.
