As a result, all of our teams are supported with training and personal development programs to help them succeed in their roles. Many belong to and continue the professional development and studies with bodies such as the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and others.
Chamonix Estates Limited is a member of the Property Redress Scheme and our services are regulated by comprehensive legislation in relation to the leasehold property management sector.
Many of our service are carried out under the jurisdiction of the First Tier Tribunal (FTT) in England and the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal service in Wales where Judges and a panel of experts oversee the application of legislation and recognised codes of practice.
